How long will my order take?

Every order is made to order and personalized, so timing depends on what you choose. Here's what to plan for.

Digital templates

Delivered to your email within 24 hours of purchase, after we confirm your personalization details. Nothing ships.

Unfilled favors and labels

3-5 business days to design and print, then 2-5 business days in transit.

Filled favor bundles

5-7 business days to design, print, and assemble, then 2-5 business days in transit.

Signs and boards

5-7 business days to produce, then 3-7 business days in transit. Large boards ship separately.

DIY balloon kits

3-5 business days to pack, then 2-5 business days in transit.

Need it sooner?

Message us at milleminksmadeit@gmail.com with your event date before you order. We hold a limited number of rush slots each week and will tell you honestly whether we can make your date.

Personalization proofs

For personalized items you'll receive a digital proof by email before we print. Production starts once you approve it, so please watch your inbox. A delayed approval delays your delivery date.

Event setups

On-site setups are not shipped. We deliver and install within 20 miles of Arlington, TX at no extra charge. Beyond that we'll quote a travel fee after booking. See How Event Setups Work for full details.

Shipping methods

Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

A note on event dates

We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event. Carrier delays are outside our control, and building in a buffer means your favors arrive well before the big day.
