Ordering & Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
After purchase, please provide the guest of honor's name, age, party date, theme colors, and any special message or photo you'd like included. You can add these details at checkout or by emailing us after you order.
Can I mix and match items in a bundle?
Yes. Most of our party favor bundles let you pick 1 to 6 items, or choose the Full Bundle with everything included. Just select the tier that matches how many items you'd like.
What's the difference between Digital, Unfilled, and Filled?
Digital Templates are editable files you print yourself at home or a print shop. Unfilled favors are professionally printed and shipped to you empty, ready for you to fill with treats. Filled favors arrive printed, assembled, and filled with treats and drinks so they're ready to hand out.
Timing & Proofs
How long does production take?
It depends on what you order. Digital templates arrive within 24 hours, unfilled favors take 3-5 business days, and filled bundles take 5-7 business days, plus shipping time. Full details are on our Shipping & Turnaround page.
How far ahead should I order?
We recommend at least 3 weeks before your event. That gives room for proof approval, production, and any carrier delays.
Will I see a proof before it's printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your review within 2-3 business days of your order. Production begins only after you approve it, so please respond promptly to avoid delays.
I need my order sooner. Can you help?
Contact us before placing your order at milleminksmadeit@gmail.com and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make your date.
Event Setups
What areas do you serve?
Delivery and installation are included within 20 miles of Arlington, TX. We regularly work in Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Grapevine, Irving, and Dallas. Events outside that radius are welcome and we'll quote a travel fee after booking.
What if I'm not in DFW?
Our DIY Balloon Garland Kits ship nationwide with everything you need and a step-by-step layout card.
How far ahead should I book a setup?
Two weeks for balloon garlands and dessert tables, three weeks for backdrop packages, and four weeks for a Complete Party Setup. Weekend dates in spring and summer go fastest.
Do you take the decorations down?
Yes. For packages that include our hardware, we return to collect it the same night or the next morning, whichever suits your venue.
Can you match my favors to my setup?
That's our favorite kind of order. Book both and we'll design them as one look.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship digital templates?
No shipping needed. Your files are delivered by email once your design is approved.
What if I need to change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at milleminksmadeit@gmail.com. We can usually accommodate changes before your proof is approved and production begins.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because every item is custom-made for your event, we're unable to accept returns on personalized products. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, and reach out right away if there's an issue with your order.
