PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Divine Party Studio sells personalized party favors, event décor, party bundles, apparel, homecoming mums, school-spirit products and digital designs.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, prices and promotional offers without notice. Product colors and images may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen and printing method.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel an order. Reasons may include product availability, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, inappropriate content, missed deadlines or an inability to complete the request safely or professionally.
If we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details and approving proofs. Once custom work or production begins, the order is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital purchases are licensed for the customer’s personal use unless the product listing provides commercial-use permission. Customers may not resell, share, redistribute or claim Divine Party Studio’s digital files or templates as their own.
PAYMENTS
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and additional fees will be displayed during checkout.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment processors, shipping carriers, applications and other service providers may process information necessary to complete orders and operate the website.
Divine Party Studio is not responsible for interruptions, delays or errors caused solely by third-party platforms or service providers.
